Minimise EMF

Minimize EMF and protect yourself with a Blushield. Even though you may have a Blushield plug-in in your house going 24/7 we still recommend to minimize the amount of direct exposure to EMF you may have.

Remember the body responds to the strongest influence nearest the body. We want to make sure that the Blushield is the strongest influence so the body can respond only to it and not some very powerful EMF from some electronic device that you may happen to have near you or sleep with.

ALARM CLOCKS

Make sure that your alarm clock radio is not near your head during the time you sleep, this will interfere with your sleep and also become the strongest influence near your body.

Get a battery powered alarm clock or put the plug in one across the other side of the room.

NEARBY APPLIANCES

Appliances on the other side of the wall maybe holding an electric charge through the night even when switched off.

Make sure appliances, even if switched off like a TV, on the other side of the wall is not at your headboard where you sleep. If so move them or change its location so its not directly behind your bed.

ELECTRICITY / SMART METERS

Make sure where you sleep, or your children sleep, that there is no meter on the otherside of the wall where they sleep. These are extremely dangerous and have a very high EMF output.

SPRING MATTRESSES

Spring mattresses induce EMF through the coils and can even amplify EMF fields nearby such as wiring in walls.

Get a latex or foam mattress and make sure your head is not near any electrical outlet or wiring near the wall. Have space on either side of the bed is recommended.

SLEEPING WITH MOBILE PHONE

Do not sleep with your mobile phone switched on, if you have to have it on make sure its at the other end of the house. Signals will interfere with your sleep. DO NOT under any circumstance, sleep with your mobile phone under your pillow. That is asking for health issues.

WIFI ROUTERS & DECT PHONES

Both of these types of RF (radio frequency radiation) are very dangerous. Switch off your wifi router if its not being used or disable it and just connect the ethernet cable directly to your computer. Wires around the house is much safer than wifi.
